Fitness at Saddlebrook
Located at the Sports Village, the 3,300 sq. ft. Fitness Center is equipped with state-of-the-art cardiovascular and strengthening equipment. The Cybex equipment, Life Fitness and Woodway treadmills, stair steppers, upright, recumbent and Keiser spinning bicycles are in the area overlooking the Sports Village, while the Elliptical Crosstrainer and interchangeable free weight power blocks and bench presses overlook tennis courts.
The Fitness Center is staffed at all times, open daily from early morning until night, and is available for use by all resort guests.
Saddlebrook also offers advanced physical training as provided to professional tennis players as well as baseball and football players from all over the country. The Elite Training Center is located next to the Fitness Center and contains Keiser strength training equipment as well as free weights. Reservations are required for our advanced physical training program.
Fitness at Saddlebrook is paramount and both our Fitness Center and Elite Training Programs are designed with that in mind. |
